URBAND

URBAND is a modern, luxury residential building with an A+ energy rating located in Kypseli, at the corner of Pindou and Kythnou Streets, in one of Athens’ oldest and most historic neighborhoods, designed and built with the aim of redefining construction and living within the city. This is the model apartment building in Kypseli that swept the awards even before its construction was completed and reflects the new philosophy of urban living.

This is the first apartment building to incorporate new construction standards, featuring innovations, amenities, and benefits that are being implemented for the first time in the construction and real estate sectors, with a range of technologies and materials designed to maximize energy savings.

As part of this innovation, the building was equipped with the advanced EOS 60 Hybrid and ESS 34 Hybrid aluminum systems, which are distinguished by their high thermal insulation performance, modern design, and contribution to the building’s overall energy upgrade. Designed to meet modern needs, they combine functionality, safety, and aesthetics, fully supporting URBAND’s philosophy of sustainable and high-quality living in the heart of the city.

The “URBAND BUILDING. The city is changing.” project by EPIKYKLOS Technical Construction received three awards at this year’s “Property Awards 2021” organized by BOUSSIAS Communications. Gold awards in the categories “Residential High-rise Development (2 stories+)” & “After Sales Services Plan” and a Silver award in the category “Sustainable Residential Development.”
