OUR STRENGTH
The employees of Europa are the driving force of the company. Their personal commitment to its operation and success maintains the high standard of products and services. Europa actively supports them by fostering teamwork and ensuring the conditions for their personal growth and success.
Safe Working Environment
We implement 150 safety guidelines to ensure the proper operation of the production process. For their application, we have been certified with ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and were awarded the Health & Safety Award in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
COVID-19 Protection
We promptly implemented all necessary protective measures for our employees (gloves/masks/sanitisers/disinfection of workspaces and transportation). We also established remote work for a large portion of our workforce. For these actions, we received special certification within the ISO procedures.
Gender Equality
We are one of the few industries where women make up 25% of the Board of Directors, and many women hold managerial positions. Europa’s Human Resources Department has promoted equal employment opportunities for both genders as a key policy.
Continuous Employee Training
We prioritise empowering our staff by organising educational seminars on a variety of topics such as first aid, firefighting, self-improvement, and motivation from specialised scientists and professionals.
Team-Building Activities
We organise events that foster connections among employees, so everyone feels part of the Europa culture. Examples include the volunteer participation of the #EUROPATeam in the Athens Authentic Marathon, Christmas events for the children of all employees, and the company’s New Year celebration for staff members.
