HOTEL AMARIO SUITES

A five (5) star hotel for the center of Achaia on the edge of Aegean and overlooking the blue of the Corinth Gulf, which combines the clean lines of the modern with the traditional and strict character of another era in an historical building of the area. The architectural requirement is the harmonious combination of the surrounding landscape that emerges in large openings in the interior space of twelve luxurious rooms, each of them insist of a unique/ different creation of three (different) categories of accommodation and service.

The hotel design refers to the deep wine-production history of the place, aiming at experiential tourism/ wine tourism that offers to the resident a unique experience of living and exploits all he senses of the user.

The architectural aluminum systems used are the EOS 60 Hybrid opening system with hidden sheet, which creates a minimal aesthetics of normality/normalcy at the profiles, and the ESS 47 Hybrid sliding overlay series. Both systems combine a modern architecture and an ultimate performance. The performances were also the main request at all levels (air permeability, waterproofing/water resistance, wind pressure, thermal insulation, sound reduction) as from the begging the hotel was designed aiming the five stars.

The shades of the systems is RAL SD 7024, a selection from the color category that constitutes the most modern technology in paint powders with 3/three times up to durability against deterioration of the demanding (weather/environmental) conditions of the area (proximity to the sea) and the blurriness caused by intense sunlight, meanwhile gives the sense of sandblasted surface.
