DORIDA 3 LOGISTICS CENTER

The DORIDA III LOGISTICS CENTER in Aspropyrgos, Attica, is a state-of-the-art logistics center, covering a total area of 8,500 m² and holding LEED GOLD certification. The project harmoniously combines the principles of sustainable construction with industrial design.
The construction demonstrates in practice that designing a building with a focus on optimizing energy savings and reducing the environmental footprint can lead to high functionality in logistics facilities. At the same time, the integration of Europa’s aluminum thermal insulation systems into the building envelope, the ECW 50 Hybrid curtain wall and the EOS 60 Hybrid opening system, ensures high energy savings, the required airtightness, and a modern aesthetic.
