EXTRUSION DEPARTMENT

Three (3) automated extrusion lines with an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons of aluminum profiles.

ELECTROSTATIC PAINTING DEPARTMENT

Four (4) automated Electrostatic Painting lines with an annual capacity of 28,000 tons. Two of these are high-performance, continuous-flow vertical lines, and the third is a horizontal production line.

A modern decorative wood-effect coating unit with four (4) lines. Two for profiles and two for aluminum panels.

ROBOTIC WAREHOUSE

Automated robotic warehouse management system handling 1,400 positions for aluminum profiles.

PROCESSING DEPARTMENT

Europa has invested in advanced technological equipment capable of completing multiple complex processes with precision, adding value to the final product. Specifically, the department’s capabilities include:

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

This department consolidates knowledge gathered from various teams in constant contact with the market and clients (individuals, manufacturers, architects, engineering firms, international developers, etc.). This information is used in the design and development of new products, as well as the enhancement and evolution of existing ones, increasing available solutions and extending product lifecycles for the benefit of customers. Additionally, the R&D Department oversees the certification of new systems.

QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT

The Quality Control Department operates a fully accredited laboratory equipped with top-tier measurement tools, calibrated periodically by independent labs, and a skilled team of professionals to ensure optimal quality at every production stage It manages certification for both the production process and services, adheres to relevant standards, and monitors procedures at every step.

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT

This department is responsible for implementing safety regulations within company procedures and among employees. Those rules surpass minimum legal requirements. It also designs and oversees Europa’s environmental policy, targeting waste management to achieve a zero environmental footprint.

EXPORT DEPARTMENT

Europa’s Export Department serves the international market, processing orders with specific pricing and delivery timelines. Europa has established high-profile partnerships, providing specialized solutions and high-value industrial profiles across the production spectrum—from design to packaging. For architectural aluminum systems, the company offers premium thermal insulation solutions to partners, providing comprehensive solutions and full technical training.
