The technology of aluminum thermal insulation systems is continuously improving, reaching the point of absolute insulation for a Passive House. The Passive House is a construction philosophy where the building maintains indoor temperatures at normal levels without active cooling or heating. In recent years, applications have been developed for use in Passive Houses, meeting the criteria of the German Passive House Institute (http://www.passivehouse.com), which certifies systems worldwide.
In this context, Europa has developed a new product that brings it to the forefront of technological developments both in the domestic and global markets in the Passive House category. The innovative EOS 90 Hybrid system is specifically designed for Passive House applications, certified by the international Passive House Institute, and achieves the highest thermal insulation performance in its category worldwide, with a thermal insulation coefficient of Uw=0.68 W/m2K (PH.SI version) and a frame width of 180mm, and a coefficient of Uw=0.75 W/m2K (PH version) with a frame width of 150mm.
